to my website! My name is Mary Huivenaar and I have been a Usui Reiki Practitioner
for eight years and a Master Teacher for four years RT-CRA (Canadian Reiki Association).
I have lived in the Stratford, Ontario area for most of my life.
Reiki is a form of bodywork based on energy medicine. In use since the early 1800’s, it is an Oriental discipline with ties to traditional Chinese Medical Theory. A non-invasive technique, Reiki, used on its own merits, is an effective way of dealing with a variety of ailments in assisting the body’s natural healing abilities and generally giving you a sense of balance. Through the practice of Reiki, I have reunited with my life essence and found a place of authentic love. I am enriched with a deeper sense of my life purpose, becoming a more loving and complete person.
A year ago, I was introduced to L.O.V.E. Technology. By using this very powerful system, I have enhanced the overall healling effects of my Reiki treatments.. Please click here to read more about this amazing experience.
In addition to Reiki, I am pleased to include in my practice both Spirit Guide Drawings, and House Clearings. Thoughts, emotions and past events can leave their energy imprint on the places where these experiences occurred. I clear homes and buildings of negative energies, spirits, bad karma that may inhabit these spaces. A clearing can be very useful to people trying to sell a house or moving into a new space. It is very important to balance the health of the environments that surround us, especially in this hectic world we now inhabit.
Most
recently, I have been working with a new form of treatment: Emotional
Freedom Techniques, also known as EFT. This is a needle-free
version of acupuncture that also combines with Mind Body Medicine for highly
beneficial results. Developed over the past decade, EFT can provide extraordinary
relief for many psychological and physical conditions, including post-traumatic
stress disorder, general stress, depression, anxiety, and phobias. Please contact
